What a refused call looks like.
| Status | When |
|---|---|
| 400 | Schema mismatch (the field is named), a POST without a request id, or limit outside 1–1000 |
| 401 | {"error":"UNAUTHORIZED","message":"signature missing|stale|bad"} |
| 403 | A call to /provider/* from an address that is not yours |
| 409 | DUPLICATE_REQUEST: this X-Request-Id was already used |
| 429 | Player calls above the limits (see Limits) |
| 503 | /ready while the database or the outcome tables are not available |
